FACELIFT WITH CO2 LASER AT NORTH SHORE COSMETIC SURGERY IN HUNTINGTON, NEW YORK
This woman in her late sixties, came to see Dr. Romanelli about her wrinkles. A vibrant person, she was unhappy with the appearance of sagging skin on her neck, face and around her eyes. Upon examination, Dr. Romanelli found her to be an excellent candidate for a few procedures. An anterior face lift would address the neck and midface area, smoothing out the lines and tightening the slack skin. An eyelid lift would remove the hanging skin over her upper lids and smooth out the puffiness underneath her lower lids. Finally, the CO2 laser would give her skin an all over glow, removing sun damage and fine lines, a perfect accompaniment to the face and eye lifts. Surgery took just under four hours. The patient spent the night with our RN in our private recovery suite, resting comfortably until Dr. Romanelli released her the next morning. The patient is thrilled with her results! Her beautiful spirit shines through as her outside finally matches what she feels within. As always, we love being a part of her journey!
