This mom of two in her late thirties came in to see Dr. Layliev for an evaluation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had always felt flat-chested and desired a natural look to her augmented breasts. Dr. Layliev performed a breast augmentation with smooth round silicone 300cc implants, in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour (with a private nurse by her side). Her short scars are in the folds under the breasts. She is extremely pleased with her augmentation and went to work 2 days after her procedure.
