This patient in her mid 40's came in to see Dr. Romanelli in Huntington, presented for evaluation for breast reduction. She complained of symptoms of heavy breasts. She was unhappy with the saggy appearance of her breasts and desired to restore her breasts to a more youthful shape. She had children but no plans for more. She wore approximately a DD cup bra in specialty bras and desired to fit into a full C or small D cup bra. The after pictures below are two months from breast reduction. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities.
