Patient presented for evaluation for breast reduction. She complained of symptoms of heavy breasts. She was unhappy with the saggy appearance of her breasts and desired to restore her breasts to a more youthful shape. She wore approximately a large DD cup bra in specialty bras and desired to fit into a full C . The after pictures below are two months from breast reduction. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Central mound pedicle with Wise pattern scar to improve nipple position and reduce breast volume.
