This lovely 34-year-old patient visited Dr. Romanelli seeking a breast augmentation to restore volume lost after breastfeeding her two children. Starting as an A cup, she desired a fuller, more youthful appearance. Using our advanced Vectra 3D imaging system, Dr. Romanelli and the patient chose 435cc silicone implants to achieve her desired results.
The before and after photos show her stunning transformation, with the post-op photos taken just one month after surgery. Some swelling and lines from the post-surgery bra are still visible, but these will subside as she continues to heal. In the coming months, her breasts will settle into a natural, perky shape.
