Profile
This woman in her mid 40's came to us to discuss a few different issues. After two pregnancies, she wanted to get some fullness back in her breasts and take care of some problem areas in her inner and outer thighs. She also had excess skin in the abdominal area that made her uncomfortable. She was basically looking, like all of us, to more resemble her pre-pregnancy self! Upon examination, Dr. Romanelli found her to be an excellent candidate for what we call the mommy makeover. She would benefit from a straight breast augmentation (no lifting necessary!) Dr. Romanelli performed the procedures in our ambulatory surgical center. Surgery was less than 4 hours and by early afternoon, she was resting in our fully equipped overnight suite, a private nurse by her side. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Dual plane technique (partial submuscular) with 475cc Mentor smooth round, silicone gel implants.
