This patient, in her mid thirties, came to Dr. Romanelli seeking a Mommy Makeover. The term “Mommy Makeover” is applied pretty broadly, but it generally involves a combination of breast enhancement and body contouring procedures. Mommy Makeover’s allow patients to mix and match their procedures based on their personal desires. This patient desired a removal and replacement of her breast implants, VASER Liposuction, and a Brazilian Butt Lift. To round and shape the buttocks, Dr. Romanelli first preforms VASER Liposuction on other areas of the body with unwanted fat. VASER Liposuction uses ultrasound energy to separate the fat from surrounding tissue, and is much gentler than traditional liposuction. The fat is then re-injected into the buttocks to add volume. This patient’s Brazilian Butt Lift is shown only two weeks post op, and you can already see her incredible results.
