Dr. Layliev completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University before earning his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He then completed his plastic surgery training at the prestigious Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he developed advanced expertise in both aesthetic surgery and breast cancer reconstruction. Today, he continues to contribute to the field by publishing in leading medical journals and mentoring future surgeons as faculty with the Northwell Hofstra Plastic Surgery Residency Program.
