This patient came to see Dr. Romanelli for a consultation for breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately an A-cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full C-cup bra. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side).
