This young man came in for a rhinoplasty, to reduce the size of his nose. We used computer imaging to “preview” his rhinoplasty and agreed on a surgical plan. He wanted to have a straight, natural appearing nose, and wanted to look like himself. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in Melville, Long Island. The splint was removed a week after surgery. Seen in these 1 year post-operative photos he shows a strong masculine nose, which fits his face.
