This woman in her late 20s came to see Dr. Walsh about rhinoplasty after years of being bothered by her nasal features. She also wished to address fullness under her chin. After consultation with Dr. Walsh, she elected to undergo an open approach rhinoplasty along with submental liposuction. Surgery took place in our surgical facility in Melville and the patient went home the same day. These photographs were taken six months after surgery. She is delighted with her result, as are we.
