Mini Faceliftand Lower Eyelid Surgery

This woman in her mid-sixties came to our office in Melville, New York, to consult with Dr. Romanelli for face and eye rejuvenation.  She stated that she felt much younger on the inside than she appeared on the outside! She wasn’t sure exactly what she needed, but she knew what she wanted: to look as good as she felt. Upon examination, Dr. Romanelli found her to be an excellent candidate for an anterior (mini) facelift and lower eyelid surgery. He explained that the mini facelift would tighten the excess skin around her neck, jawline, and mid-face, and the lower eyelid surgery would smooth the skin under her eyes. The patient had surgery in our ambulatory operating room right in our office and went home the same day. The results speak volumes! It’s as if a minimum of 10 years was erased from her face. The patient is thrilled with her results, and we can’t help but agree! Her face is now a reflection of the vital woman that she truly is.
