This patient in her late twenties came to speak with Dr. Romanelli about lifting her breasts. She was happy with the size of her breasts, but felt her nipples pointed downward. Dr. Romanelli found her to be an excellent candidate for a vertical breast lift, and used a “lollipop” incision to achieve her desired look.
