This male patient, in his late 50’s presented for evaluation for breast reduction. He was unhappy with the overdevelopment of his chest and desired to improve the contour. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in approx. 2 hours (with a private nurse by his side). Wore compression shirts to flatten the chest contour for 10 days. The after pictures below are two months from gynecomastia reduction. He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities.
