This patient in his late 30’s came into see Dr. Romanelli for a consultation for Gynecomastia. He presented for evaluation for breast reduction. As a lover of fitness and exercise, he was unhappy with the overdevelopment of his chest and desired to improve the contour. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than two hours (with a private nurse by his side). He had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Breast gland direct excision and standard liposuction was performed to improve to contours of the chest. The after pictures below are two months from gynecomastia reduction.
