Long Island Bilateral Breast Augmentationat North Shore Cosmetic Surgery

This student from Long Island, who was referred by a friend, came to our office to see Dr. Romanelli for a consultation for a breast augmentation. She had a hard time finding bathing suits and clothing that fit, and was looking for natural fullness and balance to her body, This patient also had some asymmetry, with the right breast just a little larger than the left. We planned her breast augmentation using different size implants. For these asymmetries, saline implants allow us to adjust the fill size very precisely: 350cc on the right and 340 cc on the left. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side). She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her lifestyle activities.
