This patient, in his late 40’s came in to see Dr. Romanelli for a gynecomastia consultation. He was unhappy with “breasts” that were resistant to diet and exercise. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in approx. two hours (with a private nurse by his side). He wore compression shirts to flatten the chest contour for two weeks. Photos below are three months after gynecomastia reduction surgery. His postoperative photographs show a great improvement.
