Busy NY Mom Has Breast Augmentation With Lift At North Shore Cosmetic Surgery

This stay at home mom, in her early forties, came to our practice to discuss breast augmentation. After 5 pregnancies, she was very self-conscious of her ‘deflated’ breasts. She was looking for a higher and tighter, more youthful appearance. Examination showed a significant droop in both breasts making the patient an excellent candidate for breast implants with a vertical lift to remove the excess skin, place the nipple in a higher position and tighten everything up.  She was looking for a substantial increase in size, and she had a little bit of asymmetry, the right breast larger than her left.  She chose silicone implants, and the right implant was 400 cc, with the left implant 450 cc to make up for the slight difference in breast size. We were able to accommodate her busy life and got her on the schedule within weeks. Her procedure was on a Thursday afternoon and by Monday she was back in the carpool lane!  She went from a small B to a D cup.
