Breast Revision (Remove & Replace Implants With Lift) With Dr. Romanelli

This patient in her early forties came to see Dr. Romanelli in our office in Melville, for breast augmentation/revision.  She was unhappy with a prior breast augmentation she had done by a different surgeon. She wanted to replace her saline implants with silicone, with a higher, more natural look, in better proportion to her body. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side).   She had a quick recovery, with minimal incisions, and was able to return to all her lifestyle activities quickly. The patient is thrilled with the results. The after pictures below are six months from breast augmentation/revision.
