This patient, in her late 40’s, presented for evaluation for breast reduction to relieve the heavy weight, which gave her back and shoulder pain. She wore approximately a large DDD cup bra in specialty bras and desired to fit into a full C. Upon examination, Dr. Romanelli found her to be an excellent candidate for breast reduction surgery. Surgery was performed in just under 2 hours. The patient’s results are exactly as expected and she is thrilled that she decided to move ahead with this lifelong dream of hers. When we spoke to her at her last visit, she was still beaming.
