Breast Reduction with Dr. John Layliev

This patient had a breast reduction with free nipple grafts, as well as fat grafting to her
shoulders. The free nipple grafts were necessary as her breasts were so large, and she needed them to be moved upwards as she was going down in size significantly with this reduction. This free nipple graft required the nipples to be removed from the breast, and reattached as a skin graft. She tolerated the procedure well and healed beautifully! In addition, due to her shoulder grooves created by her heavy-duty bras were carefully fat grafted by Dr. Layliev. The afters are shown at 5 months post-op.
