Breast Implant Exchange with Dr. Romanelli in Melville, New York

This patient in her early fifties came to see Dr. Romanelli to speak about her options for a breast implant revision. She was unhappy with a prior breast augmentation she had done by a different surgeon. She wanted her saline implants removed and replaced with smaller silicone implants. She also was experiencing a capsular contracture, which caused her implants to appear very high and hard. Dr. Romanelli recommended a removal and replacement with a breast lift. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite and after a recovery of about one week , she was able to return to work. The patient is thrilled with her results.
