Breast Augmentation at North Shore Cosmetic Surgery

This patient, in his early 40’s, came to our office in Melville, New York, for a breast augmentation consultation with Dr. Romanelli.  She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately a B-cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full C or small D-cup bra. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side). She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. The after pictures below are from two months after breast augmentation.
