Breast Augmentationat North Shore Cosmetic Surgery, Located in Melville, NY

This patient, in her early 20s, came to our Long Island office for Breast Augmentation, referred by family and friends who had cosmetic surgery with us in Melville.  Discussing her goals, this young woman was looking for fullness and curves but didn’t want to be “all breast.” On examination, she was thin and fit and wore an A-cup bra. Like many people, her breasts were a little different on each side: the left breast was just a bit smaller than the right.  We discussed implant choices, and she decided to go with saline implants. She also decided on an incision in the fold beneath the breast. Her surgery took about an hour, and she took a few pain pills for the first few days. She had no bruising when we saw her back the next week. Her post-operative photos are taken six months after her surgery. She shows excellent symmetry and fills out a C cup beautifully.  More important, even than photo shoots, she feels so confident about her shape. She recently wrote to say, “I ABSOLUTELY LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my breasts!!!!”
