This patient came in to see Dr. Romanelli in our office in Melville, NY, NY, for an evaluation to improve the appearance of her arms after massive weight loss. She was unhappy with the saggy, excess skin and stretch marks on her arms. Upon examination, Dr. Romanelli determined that she would be a great candidate for a brachioplasty (arm lift). Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in two hours (with a private nurse by her side). She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her lifestyle activities.
