BIilateral Breast Augmentation With Dr. Romanelli

This patient, in her mid-30s, came into our office in Melville, NY, for evaluation for breast augmentation with Dr. Romanelli. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She wore approximately a small A-cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full C or small D-cup bra. She was excited to discuss her options and to use our Vectra 3-D imaging machine. Upon examination, Dr. Romanelli found her to be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation. After much discussion, they decided to help her visualize what the outcome may be. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side). The after pictures below are four months from breast augmentation. She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her lifestyle activities.
