Before and After: Full Facial Rejuvenation with Facelift, Eyelid Lift, Fat Grafting & Genioplasty
This patient in her early 60s came to Dr. Romanelli seeking facial rejuvenation to address the signs of aging. She was tired of looking “old” and wanted to revitalize her face, which was showing sagging skin, jowling, excess skin on the upper eyelids, lower lid bags, and a loss of volume throughout her face.

To address her eye concerns, he recommended a quad blepharoplasty, which includes both an upper and lower eyelid lift. This would help remove excess skin and address the bags under her eyes.
