Liposuction by Dr. James Romanelli

This patient in her early 20’s came to see Dr. Romanelli following weight loss of over 100lbs. In consultation with Dr. Romanelli, the patient decided on a surgical plan of a Tummy Tuck. Thigh Lift, and Brazilian Butt Lift. During a Brazilian Butt Lift, Dr. Romanelli first performs VASER Liposuction on other areas of the body with stubborn unwanted fat. VASER Liposuction uses ultrasound energy to separate the fat from surrounding tissue and is much gentler than traditional liposuction. The fat is then re-injected into the buttocks to add volume.
