Case Details

This Long Island patient came to our office to see Dr. Romanelli for a consultation for a breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the underdevelopment of her breasts and desired to improve her breast volume in better proportions to her body. She had no children yet. She wore approximately an A-cup bra in most bra styles. She desired to be more of a full C or small D-cup bra. During consultation, Dr. Romanelli used VECTRA 3D imaging to help the patient visualize what the outcome may be. He believes this is an important communication tool for your consultation and helps his patients understand sizing and implant placement better. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side). She had a quick recovery and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. The after pictures below are eight months from breast augmentation. PROCEDURE DETAILS: Dual plane technique (partial submuscular) with 350cc Mentor Saline Implants
