Long Island Woman Has Remove & Replace Bilateral Breast Augmentation

This patient, in her late twenties, came to see Dr. Romanelli for breast augmentation/revision. She was unhappy with a prior breast augmentation she had done by a different surgeon. She wanted to remove her old saline implants and replace them with silicone, with a fuller, higher, natural look. Dr. Romanelli used VECTRA 3D imaging to help the patient visualize what the outcome may be. He believes this is an important communication tool for your consultation and helps his patients understand sizing and implant placement better. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side).
