Long Island Woman Has Breast Revision (Remove And Replace Implants)

This patient in her early thirties came to see Dr. Romanelli in our office in Melville, for breast augmentation/revision.  She was unhappy with a prior breast augmentation she had done by a different surgeon. She wanted to replace her decade old saline implants with silicone, with a higher, more natural look. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side).   She had a quick recovery, with minimal incisions, and was able to return to all her lifestyle activities quickly. The patient is thrilled with the results. The after pictures below are six months from breast augmentation/revision.
