Long Island Mom of 2 Bilateral Breast Augmentation With Vertical Mastopexy

This mother of two, in her early 30’s, came to our office to see Dr. Romanelli about breast enhancement. She was looking for a little more volume and height and also had an asymmetry that bothered her. Upon examination, Dr. Romanelli found her to be an excellent candidate for bilateral breast augmentation with a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) on the right side. After spending some time together discussing sizing options, Dr. Romanelli and the patient decided on 350 cc silicone gels implants to be placed under the muscle. The right breast was lifted by a vertical or ‘lollipop’ incision to match the left. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than two hours and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side). She had a quick recovery, has returned to all her lifestyle activities The patient’s results are just as expected. She is thrilled with her new look and we are happy as always, to accommodate her!
