Long Island Mom HasBreast Augmentation With Mommy Makeover in Melville

This business professional and mother of two came to our practice to look into the Mommy Makeover procedure. She was in her mid-40s and wanted some volume back in her breasts (victim to pregnancy and aging). Upon examination, Dr. Romanelli found her to be an excellent candidate for the mommy makeover, which, in her case, would involve a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and laser liposuction to the hips. She would have the three procedures at once in our in office, ambulatory surgical center, staying overnight with a private duty nurse by her side. The surgery took place on a Tuesday morning and lasted 4 hours. Since her breasts were slightly different in size, Dr. Romanelli used a Sientra Silicone 355 cc implant on the right and 325 cc on the left.  The patient was resting comfortably by early afternoon, able to have a visit from her family in her recovery suite before settling in for the night. She was released by Dr. Romanelli early Wednesday morning and came for her first post-op visit the following Monday. Her 5-month post-op pictures show fantastic results.
