This patient in her late twenties came to see Dr. Romanelli for breast augmentation/revision. She was unhappy with a prior breast augmentation she had done by a different surgeon. She wanted to remove her old saline implants and replace with silicone, with a fuller, higher, natural look. Dr. Romanelli used VECTRA 3D imaging to help the patient visualize what the outcome may be. He believes this is an important communication tool for your consultation, and helps his patients to better understand sizing and implant placement. Surgery was performed in our ambulatory surgical suite in less than one hour and after an additional hour in our recovery suite (with a private nurse by her side). She had a quick recovery, with minimal incisions, and was able to return to all her lifestyle activities quickly. The patient is thrilled with the results. The after pictures below are seven months from breast augmentation/revision.
